Tone Your Arms Fast With Mid-Run Push-Ups

As the summer winds down, all we can think about is how busy things are going to get soon with the arrival of fall semester. Between classes, extracurriculars and (ideally) a social life, our planners are packed already! But that definitely doesn’t mean that you should skip on your workout routine just to make sure everything else fits into your schedule.

It can be hard to find the time for both a cardio workout and a strength-training workout when you’ve got a ton of other commitments on your plate—so why not get both workouts out of the way at once? With this Women’s Running workout, you’ll tone your upper body and get your cardio in for the day, all in 30 minutes or less. Sounds good to us!
