Bestie, These Moon Juice Mocktails Are Anything But Basic

It seems like everyone on the internet has been participating in Dry January and if you haven’t started, don’t worry, there’s still time! With the comedown of the holiday season, Dry January has become a bit of a tradition as a way to shift towards prioritizing health after months full of social drinking and celebrating with family. Going full detox after months of overindulgence might just be the perfect way to thank your body after pushing it to the limit.

Originating in 2012 as a public health initiative by the British charity Alcohol Change UK, Dry January is a 31-day commitment to abstaining from alcohol. This year, it seems like there’s been a renewed interest all over the world, with #DryJanuary having more than 500 million views on TikTok.

Going full cold turkey could be quite difficult and a rather intense way to experiment with sobriety, especially if you’ve gone overboard during the holiday season. Mocktails could be a great way to help you transition into a Dry January. If you’re a college student, this might also help keep the conversation from circling back into your sobriety when you’re at a fun girls’ night. You can still participate in making cute little drinks with the girls with these four mocktails! Not to mention, they’re packed with good-for-you supplements that prioritize your health, wellness, and even sleep.
