Lose the Freshman 15: Free Time Does Not Equal Meal Time! Plus: My Summer Bucket List

 

Hi Ladies!

First note: It is FINALLLLY summer for me! I made it through all my exams in one piece (grades pending) and am officially home. That being said, I am going to have a TON of free time on my hands these next couple of weeks and usually boredom in my mind is cured by stuffing my face. But, not this year! I’ve been really good about staying on track with Self’s plan these last couple of weeks and I’m not planning on letting a bit of free time change that! Here’s what I’m planning to do instead:

1.     DYI Pinterest Crafts: all day every day

2.     Sweet Hybrid Workout classes: The YMCA by my house offers them for free with my membership. Spinlates, here I come!

3.     Craft the perfect ice coffee concoction using Zico’s latte flavored coconut water.

4.     Peruse Her Campus’ website aimlessly for hours on end: it’s not procrastination if you don’t have anything else to do.

5.     Sign up for some AWESOME races coming to Philly this summer i.e. The Color Run, The Zombie Run, and The Spartan Race!

6.      Shop for summer appropriate workout gear: helllllo New Balance racer tanks

7.     Make yummy, fruit, and healthy popsicles

8.     Finally get completely caught up on all four seasons of Breaking Bad (aka my current obsession.)

9.     Volunteer to foster kittens with my future roomies!

10. Sky drive: granted that I raise the money (feel free to donate!!)
