Calm’s Black Friday Sale Is A *Steal* This Year

Thanksgiving is right around the corner, which, in turn, means that Black Friday is almost here. While there are many things to be thankful for, going to work and school in the dark — and coming home in the dark — isn’t one of them. If you’re like me, no matter how much holiday music you blast, or peppermint mochas you drink, the winter blues are still creeping in — so allow me to help you out. Calm is celebrating Black Friday early with a 50% off sale in 2023, and this deal is too god to miss.

If you think you’ve heard of Calm before, you probably have. The app launched in 2012, and was named Apple’s App Of The Year in 2017. The app features hundreds of calming exercises, dozens of helpful breathing techniques, some light stretching videos to accompany your meditation, and even masterclasses you can participate in. For my besties out there that love a good tracker, Calm also allows you to track your mood so you can see trends in how your daily life affects your stress and emotional levels.

It’s not uncommon to feel tired this time of year — in fact, according to Calm’s research, 91% of adults claim to feel not rested at least some of the time. Not to fear, though, because Calm is the number one app for sleep and meditation which can now be at your fingertips for $34.99 for the entire year. To be clear, an annual membership used to be $69.99, so you’re getting the best bang for your buck with this half-off deal.

If you’re still not sold, Calm has also upped their game in terms of resources available, which now includes exclusive music, mesmerizing soundscapes, and dreamy sleep stories. Who is narrating these dreamy sleep stories, you may ask? None other than Harry Styles, Matthew McConaughey, Tom Hiddleston, and our favorite men from Bridgerton: Regé-Jean Page and Johnathan Bailey. Come on, who doesn’t wanna fall asleep to these voices? My insomnia is about to be instantly solved.

It also should be noted that there is a new Disney Princess collection featuring all the princesses including Moana, Rapunzel, and Cinderella. So whether you have a younger sibling, babysit, or find childhood movies comforting like I do, you can enhance your sleep with your favorite Disney characters as well.

With the stress of the holidays coming up, now is the time to grab your card, take advantage of this amazing sale, and invest in your self-care for the next year.
