I think we can all agree that hair is everything and when it comes to our favorite idols, hair is often a staple in their looks. I mean, Swifties know all too well about the 1989-era bob. Another fan base in particular understands the emotional attachment to hairstyles: Harries. They have been through all of Harry Styles’ hair phases from his 2013 Frat Boy era with his long locks to his Love On Tour perfect curls phase. But his alleged new look has fans spiraling. Yes, there are rumors that Styles has gotten a buzzcut. RIP to his gorgeous curls (possibly).
On Nov. 6, rumors began circulating after a message was sent to Deuxmoi, aka modern-day pop culture Gossip Girl, about Styles’ new look. The message claimed Styles was spotted rocking a new hairstyle while attending a U2 concert at the new Sphere in Las Vegas. The message was partnered with a grainy picture of what appeared to be Styles rocking a…buzzcut. Cue the screams.
Some fans in the comments think this is an edited picture of the singer at an Ariana Grande concert in 2019. Meanwhile, other Harries are losing their sanity. Though it has yet to be confirmed whether the picture is real or not (or if it’s even him), it’s enough to send Styles stans into a frenzy. They flocked to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their denial of his possible new look.
