If you’re a lover of Djerf Avenue, and its founder, Matilda Djerf, get ready for some exciting news. On March 12, Djerf announced her entrance into the beauty space by revealing her latest project: Djerf Avenue Beauty. And yes, there are hair products in this collection you can purchase to help you achieve the iconic Matilda Djerf hair.
Djerf has taken the internet by storm over the last few years, and it’s not surprising why. Whether it be her perfect hair, style, or amazing Djerf Avenue robes, Djerf is somebody many people love, and her beauty brand is sure to be a hit.
TBH, Djerf is a perfect to have her own beauty brand. Her makeup looks are minimal, but ones that everybody wants to achieve. And of course, she has the best hair ever. So, when I saw that she would have hair products in this beauty line, I knew that I had to get my hands on it.
In a collaborative Instagram post with her brand Djerf Avenue, Djerf revealed the beauty line’s official launch date. “Djerf Avenue Beauty launching March 27,” she captioned the post.
While she has not posted anything else about the brand, the first two products that are part of the Djerf Avenue Beauty line are available for preview on the website.
The first product is going to be my new BFF (if I’m lucky enough to secure it): Breezy Styling Mist. The product is described as being “a volumizing styling mist enriched with nourishing ingredients and thermal protection, carefully formulated to help form and shape your hair while achieving weightless volume and flexible hold.”
On the product page, there are four different ways to see what the product looks on different hair types: All, Wavy, Straight, or Coily. For each selection, there are various examples of people before and after using the spray. So, if you’re hesitant to purchase this, be sure to look at all of the before and after pictures, because it’s likely somebody with similar hair as you is displayed.
The queen of hair herself even provided a on for how she uses this product. She shared, “Whenever I need a touch up, I love to use the styling mist in dry hair. I spray a little bit on the roots and then brush it out so it distributes evenly, then I go in with the round brush and blow dry.” Noted!
The second product is perfect for quick touch-ups that will also really lock in your style: On The Go Styling Gel. This product is perfect for those who want to define their curls or achieve a perfect slick back. The product is described as “a nourishing and versatile styling gel that offers the perfect combination of flexible hold and shine. The perfect On The Go styling product, whether you are aiming for a slicked look or defined curls.”
Similar to the Breezy Styling Mist, you can also see what the product looks like on different hair types. On the product page, there’s a step-by-step tutorial from none other than Djerf herself explaining how she uses the product to achieve the perfect slick back.
While you can’t purchase the products yet, you can add yourself to the waiting list on the product page. All you have to do is enter your email, and you’ll be notified when the product is available/ back in stock.
