These Outfit Dupes For Ines From ‘Freeridge’ Are Too Cute

I think I’ve developed an obsession with Freeridge. The bizarre storyline, combined with elements of mystery and nostalgia, has prompted me to finish the season and eagerly await news of a Season 2 renewal — especially given the shocking ending. While watching the show, I couldn’t help but notice the styles of each character and how each outfit represented the character’s personality or dynamic throughout the season. A specific character’s fashion throughout each episode was so stylish that it even led me to hopelessly raid my closet in search of items to mimic her style.

Ines, Gloria’s sarcastic and outgoing annoying little sister, is one of the most expressive characters in terms of her fashion sense. To match her bright and energetic personality, she frequently dresses in girly, colorful outfits reminiscent of the Barbiecore aesthetic. With Gen Z becoming increasingly obsessed with the Y2K era and the trends or fashion statements that came with it, Ines is unquestionably a character to look to for inspiration — and this February I’m in desperate need of a closet revival, especially a new outfit before Galentine’s day on Feb. 13.  If you’re looking for Ines’ closet dupes like me, look no further because I’ve found the hottest dupes and similarities for five of Ines’ most fashionable pieces.

Pink zip-up hoodie

Ines is already on her way to becoming a fashion icon in the Freeridge universe with her character introduction in the first episode’s opening scene. We don’t see much of her outfit during the fight with Gloria or the trip to the principal’s office, but when she makes amends with Gloria, we get a good look at it. She’s spotted in a lilac buttoned crop top ($5) and a hot pink zip-up jacket ($25). Her jeans, which are light denim with large white hearts ($28) printed around the leg, are what makes this piece stand out. The jeans help to give the entire outfit a Y2K-inspired aesthetic.

Yellow blouse

Thinking of the perfect spring picnic look? Ines has you covered! During Ines and Gloria’s dad’s birthday dinner later in Episode 1, Ines wears a yellow puffed-sleeve crop top ($12) with a wrap tie waist denim mini skirt ($25). She completes the ensemble with silver hoop earrings ($13). I’m already adding this piece to my cart as we speak.

Cow print top

In Episode 3, while the core four are at the party looking for Cinnamon, Ines can be seen wearing a lace trim cow print crop top ($3) which she paired with a denim mini skirt ($27), allowing the crop top to be the centerpiece of the look. She also wears her signature hot pink zip-up, which she has worn in several episodes this season.

Zebra print top

In Episode 7, when Demi and Ines are looking for a local bruja to help them figure out their curse, Ines can be seen wearing a zebra-striped color block tee ($22), black high-rise cargo pants ($28) with white stitching, and a grey zip-up hoodie ($18).

BaBy BlUE Crop top

Ines’ outfit in Episode 8 is a casual look that you might already have in your closet. During the day, Ines can be seen wearing an oversized black motorcycle jacket ($27) with patches. She also wears a solid baby blue crop top and light-colored denim jeans ($50) underneath the jacket. While the top found is not the exact one Ines wears, H&M’s blue crop top set ($10) allows you to mix and match similar tops to mimic Ines’ look in the episode.

Besties, have fun shopping during this season of love and binge-watching!
