Recently, I’ve been fighting a battle. Not necessarily with any one person in particular, but with my inner self.  What I mean by this I that I am one of the 40 million Americans diagnosed with anxiety and 3.3 Americans diagnosed with depression.

Life battling with these two disorders can be hard. It can cause you to feel disinterest in the things you enjoy, it can decrease your levels of productivity, and it can make you feel like you’re less than nothing.

I know because I feel that way constantly.

However, this article is not me fishing for attention or gaining pity.

I’ve always been the kind of girl who helps others when they’re at their lowest, and that’s what I want this audience to know – that they are NEVER alone. There is always going to be someone out there who will help you with what you’re going through, myself being one of them.

You are loved and you are enough <3
