HC Western Ontario Super Smoothie Recipe

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED…

1 cup Spinach 

1 cup Frozen Strawberries/ Blueberries / Raspberries/ Blackberries 

1/2 Banana

2 cups Vanilla Almond Milk 

1/2 scoop of Vegan Protein Powder 

…. AND BAM!

YES!

It’s that easy! 

Now throw all these ingredients in your blender and go for it! 

PS. If you prefer different types of fruit, use those instead! You can also add peanut butter if you’re feeling nutty!

PPS. I use the protein powder shown below! It’s helped me SO MUCH with some of my digestive issues associated with gluten… and beyond. I highly recommed this plant-based product by Genuine Health. The vanilla flavour tastes great in the smoothie too!
