I absolutely love this class. I went for the first time this week, and I plan to go every week for the rest of the year! It was life changing.

This was such a good workout, especially if you’re working to improve your cardio strength and have fun doing it!

Another really fun way to do cardio for people that hate doing cardio. Zumba is basically just dancing, so if you like to dance (which everyone obviously does), you’ll love zumba…even if you’re as uncoordinated as I am.
