HC: Hey Natalia! How did you come from Tampa, Florida to VSU?
NC: I chose VSU because I was offered a volleyball scholarship.
HC: Very nice! Is volleyball something you are passionate about in life?
NC: For a long time, [I have been passionate] about sports.
HC: Volleyball can’t be what you do all the time though! What are some of your favorite things to do?
NC: [I enjoy] traveling, going to the beach, playing volleyball, working out, and reading.
HC: Well, I can’t help but notice that you are single, so for all the guys reading this, let’s give them a chance to see what you’re into! What are the top three traits you look for in a significant other?
NC: [They have to be] funny with a good personality, dress well, and be athletic. “Country” is not my type!
HC: What would be the perfect date a guy could take you on?
NC: Get me a Publix sub and take me to the beach.
HC: Short and simple! I love that. What is one thing a guy should never do on a date?
NC: I mean, I could write a list of things, but I hate if they are not good at tipping.
HC: What is your best piece of relationship advice?
NC: I guess…to not get mad over stupid stuff. It’s a waste of time.
HC: Do you have a favorite celebrity power couple?
NC: [It would either be] Brad and Angelina Jolie or John Legend and Chrissy Teigen!
HC: Well for a girl who is a student-athlete and has been very successful, what is next for you after graduation?
NC: [I hope] to work in the marketing department of a large company.
HC: To close us out today, what are three words that describe you and why?
NC: Smart because I get good grades and I really care about my education. Sassy because, I mean, that’s just what I’ve been told [by other people.] And…passionate, [I’m] passionate with all the things I do.
