What year are you currently in at the University of Windsor?
I am currently in my 4th year at the University. I am also taking online courses through the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, studying integrative medicine.
What experiences and opportunities do you aspire to get out of your specific major?
I aspire to be a social worker in hopes of inspiring adolescents to gain an understanding of the importance of self love and worth.
What career path do you wish to travel upon once you have graduated?
I wish to take a year off from studying and working to travel and attain a 500 hour yoga training certificate to further certify my practice.
What do you do in your spare time apart from school and work?
I am a certified yoga instructor. I love to learn new poses and inversions in order to strengthen my abilities as well as improve my love for the art itself. I often travel to different nursing homes and centres to teach yoga to the elderly as they seem to truly enjoy it. Ultimately, I love being able to pass on my love for yoga and inspire those around me to feel great internally and externally.
