How to Stay Fit During the Holidays

Thanksgiving is the beginning of the holiday season, which means a whole lot of eating. Well, you may be wondering how exactly to stay fit with so much food in sight during this season? Not to mention all the final projects and exams coming up. Here is a 5-minute workout that can help you stay in shape this season.

– applejacks: 30 sec.

– crunches: 30 sec.

– lunges: 30 sec.

– pushups: 30 sec.

– applejacks: 30 sec.

Do 2 reps of each for a quick 5-minute workout!

You can pick any exercises you choose, and they can range from targeting one area, to targeting multiple areas.
