Recently, I have been obsessed with making smoothies because they are quick and easy and make for a delicious breakfast. As the days get warmer, smoothies are a yummy and refreshing drink option. Below is my go-to smoothie recipe at the moment!

 

1 ½ cup almond milk

1 cup frozen mixed berries

½ cup frozen pineapple

½ banana cut up

1 tablespoon chia seeds

(Optional: cacao nibs & goji berries to taste)

 

  1. First, pour the almond milk into the blender
  2. Pour in frozen mixed berries, pineapple, and banana
  3. Pour in the chia seeds
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Top with cacao nibs/goji berries 

 

Tip: If the frozen fruit is making it hard to blend, add more almond milk or water.
