Stop what you’re doing! This is a mental health check. It has now been eight weeks of online classes, and by now, we’re all feeling a little burnt out. How have you been holding up?

During this time, it’s important to have a mental check-in with yourself.

Have you been stressed out? Have you been procrastinating everything until the last minute? It’s okay; we’ve all been there!

Here are some important things to remember:

  • Your productivity does not define your worth

  • If you haven’t already set a schedule for yourself and stick with it

  • Take a 10-minute break every hour

  • Get at least thirty minutes of exercise and fresh air

  • Make time for your favorite hobby

  • Call a friend when you’re feeling stressed out

  • Remind yourself that you’re doing your best

Hang in there. You’re almost done!

Austinite, iced coffee, and dogs!
