Coffee is a big part of everyone’s life. It is one dark liquid that we couldn’t live without. As it turns out, coffee is actually good for you. Not only does the final product contain essential nutrients but it has been scientifically proven to make you happier and less stressed. Here are some other benefits that coffee has to offer! 

  1. Caffeine Helps You Burn Fat In addition to giving you enough energy to get through your 7:30 class, caffeine also boosts your metabolism. 

2. Coffee Has Essential Nutrients Such as Vitamin B2 and B5, these do actually make it to the final product! You actually get more nutrients the more you drink so there is an excuse to make your quota. 

3. Drinking Coffee Can Help Prevent Against Type 2 Diabetes
