Yoga Poses to do Before Bed

With finals approaching, my stress levels keep elevating. I am starting to have neck and back pain. I have found a method to unwind that doesn’t require a chiropractor. I have listed some great yoga positions to help ease tension right before bed! By the way, these are all positions you can do right on top of your bed. 

Note: do all of these positions in the order that is listed!

1. Cat Cow Position  

2. Child’s Pose

3. Pigeon Post

4. Sleep!

You will wake up in the morning, well rested, and ready to take on the day!
