Sweet Recipes for Your Loved Ones: Nutella Brownies

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UPR chapter.

Are you broke and have no idea what to give to your loved ones? Well, we have the answer. Why not give them food? After all, they do say that the stomach is the way to someone’s heart. Don’t know how to cook? No worries, this brownie recipe is easy, and one can’t go wrong with brownies! Credit goes to an old Bethany Mota video for this wonderful recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

  • 1 cup of Nutella

  • ½ cup of sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • ⅓ cup of butter

  • ¾ cup of flour

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees,
  2. In a bowl, mix the sugar and the room-temperature butter until they are well combined. Then add the two eggs. Be careful with the shells.
  3. While you’re mixing, add the vanilla. When it’s all combined, add the Nutella. If you don’t have a hand mixer, get ready for a workout! Last but not least, add the flour to the mix and you’re ready to bake.
  4. In a greased square pan, add the Nutella mix and spread it all out evenly throughout the pan. Then put the mix in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Make sure to poke it every once in a while with a toothpick to see if it’s ready.
  5. Let them cool, cut them into square pieces and you’re done!

Use this special brownie recipe to wow your loved ones. Enjoy these delicious treats!
