Motivating Yourself Playlist

 

For as long as I can remember, I have been involved in team sports.  My coaches, teammates, and even my opponents would push me to become better.  Now that I’m in college, I no longer have that. For the first month of college I was a little lost on what to do. I have always needed some type of strenuous exercise as a stress reliever in my life.  That is when I decided I better hit the gym! At first I’ll admit that I was a little intimidated, but as soon as I started to learn how to use the machines and discovered different exercises I could do, I became dedicated to keeping in shape.  Something that helps me tremendously at the gym is music. Music helps me motivate and push myself. Instead of having others push you, try heading to the gym from your own motivation whether it’s to get that booty, to relieve stress, whatever the reason you want!  Here’s some songs I love listening to in order to get myself up and motivated.
