With spring coming up and summer around the corner, it’s the perfect time to start a healthy juice cleanse! Juicing helps flush toxins from your body, which gives you more energy and increases overall health. The overall results of a juice cleanse increases happiness! Combinations of fresh fruit and veggies will make you feel like you’re on an early vacation.

Here are two easy juice recipes that you are guaranteed to love. 

 

“Green Dream”

Combine pineapple chunks, kale stalks, 2 pears, 2 apples, and some mint leaves in a juicing processor for a refreshing green drink. It tastes mostly like sweet apples and pineapple, you can’t even tell you’re drinking kale!

“Pink Love”

Combine pineapple chunks, 1 beet, an apple, and a pear in a juicing processor. The result is a gorgeous pink drink with a vibrant fruity flavor.
