In a committed relationship, sex can get boring after a while. Missionary can only get a relationship so far before sex becomes monotonous and cumbersome. Here are a few of my personal favorite positions to give your sex life a little more umph.
1. The Surfboard
This is one of the most sensual positions I have ever personally experienced. One partner lays face down while the other one lays on top. While this might seem boring, the closeness in this position only heightens the moment, which stimulates more blood flow to the genitals, and, in turn, more pleasure.
2. The Spoon
This position is typically done with both partners laying on their side. It’s simply cuddling, but with insertion. Typically, I like to use this position for a little rest and recovery while still keeping the mood.
3. The Reverse Cowboy
So, unlike the traditional cowboy position where you are facing each other, the reverse cowboy is simply flipped. So while one person is on the bottom, the “rider” positions themselves backward facing away from their partner. Which allows for deeper penetration.
P.S. If you’re a bottom, it allows for more stimulation of the prostate which is always a good thing.
