Places to go on Campus for Mental Health Counseling

The four years you spend in college can be some of the most whirlwind experiences of your life.  However, sometimes it can all be a bit too much and there is no shame in needing some help along the way. This information and more can be found all on the Student Health and Counseling Services website.

In case you did not know, here are some of the counseling services available at UC Davis.

1. Individual Counseling- Free

A confidential short-term therapy available to all UC Davis students. Located in North Hall you can book an appointment here.

2. 24 hour Consultation Line

If you don’t feel comfortable making the appointment in person, there is a number you can call to talk to: (530)752-2349

3. Community Advising Network

This program helps all students, especially those from undeserved populations to help reach their full potential in school and college life. Along with counseling, there are programs and workshops that you can participate in. More information found here.

4. Career Counseling

Stressing about what to do post graduation? Career counseling might be the place for you. They will help you understand what you want to do and guide you to career satisfaction. More information found here.
