I find doing skincare at night to be incredibly relaxing. You get home after a long hard day, hop in a nice warm shower, then you have some time to yourself as you keep your skin healthy. I definitely recommend the products that I’m about to share with you.

My absolute Holy Grail will forever be The Ordinary. Their products are very affordable and are gentle on skin. I’m prone to breakouts and I’ve tried countless products from multiple different brands. The Ordinary never breaks me out, and if anything, my skin is always glowing after I use their products.

I always start off with pulling my hair back with a nice big fuzzy headband because I have long, thick brown hair that constantly gets in the way whenever I do my makeup for skincare. This is a necessary first step for me. I go ahead and grab The Ordinary face cleanser and gently rub it all over my face. I never scrub too hard because that can seriously damage your skin. I always make sure to use lukewarm water and not boiling hot water so my skin doesn’t get red, puffy, or dry out. After mixing the water and the cleanser together on my face, I gently wash it off and grab my face towel and pat my skin dry.

After my face wash, I take The Ordinary pink skin serum. This product is an absolute life saver because its purpose is to help your skin barrier and the formula feels absolutely amazing. When I first started using this product, my skin looked better within days and it managed to create a nice dewy look. This is a must in a skincare routine. I then grab The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA face lotion and apply about a quarter size to my face. A little goes a long way with this product, but it never feels heavy. Your skin will definitely glow after this step.

I also do this exact process in the morning before I apply my makeup. Because I have acne prone skin, makeup tends to break me out. My routine helps get my skin back to looking glowy. I always make sure to put on sunscreen before I go out and start my day. I find that wearing sunscreen on my face keeps it from becoming dry, and I also make sure to always apply it to my neck. My personal favorite sunscreen is Clear Face Break-Out Free Liquid Lotion Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 50 by Neutrogena. After all of these steps, I go ahead and apply my Banana Bright+ Vitamin C Brightening Eye Crème under my eyes. This product leaves a nice glow and really brightens up your face.

An absolute must for me is The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Lash and Brow Serum. I apply layers of this to my eyebrows and eyelashes every single day and night. My lash and brows have looked fuller and healthier than they have ever been. I don’t even need to wear false lashes these days, just a couple coats of mascara. My brow routine has been cut in half thanks to this serum. 10/10 recommend and the formula is so gentle, so if you have sensitive skin like me, don’t be afraid to try this out.
