3 1/2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

4 eggs

2/3 cups water

2 cups canned pumpkin

3.  Pour mixture into a nonstick muffin pan, lined with paper muffin cups.

4.  Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15-17 minutes.

5.  Let cool for 10 minutes and then serve the muffins to your family and friends.
