One simple thing that can make for an easier workout is the right workout gear. Your personal style doesn’t have to stop with your exercise routine, so here are some outfits based around your workout of choice! Here is your ideal get-up for your routine involving:

Lifting
Hail to the girl on the bench press – showing the boys how it’s done. Stand out in brightly colored gear, adding pops of color to your outfit through your tops, bras, pants, or shoes. Lifting gloves like these help you with traction to get a better grip of the bar, and blender bottles are as easy as: fill with water, scoop protein powder, and shake! Also, the gym requires everyone to have a small towel while working out for the sake of sanitation.

Cardio
Whether you run to clear your mind, or just try to get your cardio fix in quickly, you need a workout outfit that can keep up with you. Because of the way the gym is set up, the cardio machines are all creepily facing the weight room. Your on-the-go look includes the typical running shorts and shoes, as well as a few cool add-ons for sunny days like this arm-strap music player, and sports bra that you can tan through.

Yoga
While centering your body and calming your mind, the last thing you’re thinking about is flashing the people around you, (thanks a lot, Downward Dog pose…) Some classes provide yoga mats, although it’s never a bad idea to bring your own. This look has no shortage of yoga pants and sports bras. Since you usually leave your shoes at the door, it’s ideal to wear slip-ons like sandals or flats.

Everything – Cut T-shirts
At the end of the day, there’s nothing easier than your favorite old t-shirt. Inexpensive and adaptable to any workout, muscle tees are gaining a revival thanks to popular stores such as Nasty Gal, Brandy Melville and Urban Outfitters. Accessorize it with a brightly colored or patterned sports bra under, for more coverage and support. You can recreate this edgy look for free by cutting the sleeves off in a straight line. As well as cutting a circle around the neckline to make it more feminine.
