Sweat Happy: Revamp Your Workout Playlist

As the weather changes and holiday season approaches, it’s still important to not give up on those exercise routines that have become a part of this semester.  Exercising is so important for maintaining a healthy mind and body as it decreases overall stress levels. What may ultimately improve the workout is listening to music. Some studies have shown that listening to music while exercising may positively influence the workout by improving motivation and performance, and even making it more enjoyable. As the season changes, it might be time for a music update!
