Believe it or not, we are constantly in a state of manifestation. Our daily thoughts inform our energies, and our energies then manifest into experiences. Recently, I’ve been on a journey of manifesting positive thoughts, experiences, and energies into my life. I never realized how effective my words and thoughts can be until now. They practically dictate what will happen and that in itself can be a blessing or a curse. The key to manifesting is believing. If you don’t believe positive things will happen for yourself then you close yourself off to the universe and all it has to offer.

Now, this all might sound kinda wonky but think about it. How many times a day do you think only negative thoughts? And what does that do for yourself and circumstances? Does it benefit you in any way? Now think about all the times you could’ve thought positively and the outcome that could’ve happened. If that little analogy didn’t help, then think of it this way. You attract the energy you put out into the world (Law of Attraction).

With that in mind, I’ve been experimenting with different ways I can manifest my positive thoughts into reality and so far here’s what I got.

Daily Affirmations

Every morning I wake up and speak daily affirmations out loud. Normally I say things like, “Today will be a good day” or “Today I will exude positivity and light for all to see.” Just anything to get me motivated and pumped for the day is the goal.

Journaling

I’ve always kept a journal to write down my thoughts and feelings. However, recently I’ve been using it as a tool to help me keep track of this little journey. I write down the things I want to achieve than later reflect upon it. Plus, journaling is a great stress reliever in general.

Think it, feel it, believe it.

This is probably the most critical lesson I’ve learned to manifest positivity in my life. Think of what you want to fulfill, feel as though it has already happened, then believe it to come true. This goes for anything such as wanting to travel the world or simply wanting to make the Dean’s list. It’s ALL mental.

Now, I’m still learning along the way, but I hope this helps set a foundation for those of you that are intrigued with the subject of Manifestation and all it has to offer. Hopefully, this allows you to attract positivity into your life and brings you good vibes!
