Favourite shop for your sporting attire?
Nike when I’m feeling like splashing out although TK Max always has a good selection at this time of year!
Must have shoes and why?
My Asics Gel Noosa’s have got to be my favourite. Although I love my Nike frees (the many pairs I have) these Asics are so colourful they outshine even my brightest Nikes.
How do you choose your gym attire?
I try and stay away from black and grey, the brighter the better!
Your favourite activity?
Running, although over the past few months I have started going to the body pump classes at the CSR and really enjoy them!
