Hi Fram Fram readers,
I hope you had a restful and family-filled Thanksgiving break! This is the season where food -whether it is carbs, sweets or fatty foods – is everywhere. Coming back from Thanksgiving break and heading into Christmas Fest means one important thing: plenty of sweets will be looming in your face at the Caf. Bon Appetite likes to go all-out for its guests. So, for this week, I am going to give you some guides on how you can judge what to allow yourself to have, and what you should stay away from. Click on the links below each dessert to figure out the exact amount calories, fat, sugar, etc.
