The explore page on my Instagram really wants me to make these pancakes.  I saw this post over a month ago, and honestly, it’s all I can think about.

It’s just a banana and two eggs.  It’s cheap and healthy, so I gave it a shot.

You start by mashing the banana, then mix it together with two eggs: that is the batter.  Okay…it is cheap, healthy, and easy? This is too good to be true! I was estatic.

I cooked them for about 90 seconds on each side with medium heat.  The finished product was … interesting.

Not to be dramatic, but these might be the worst thing I have ever tasted. Banana-flavored scrambled eggs.  Once again, my Instagram dreams were crushed.

My advice: just make eggs and eat a banana. Save your sanity.
