Have you ever felt like you can’t push on or that everything is just too hard? Well, I’m here to tell you, it’s all going to be okay (even as cliche as that sounds). Sometimes we have to change our way of thinking and practice mindfulness in order to get to a place where we’re able to push ourselves to be the best version of ourselves we can be.

Pain and hurt are always temporary.

Baby steps are still steps toward the goal.

You must let go of what you can’t control.

Self-care is necessary and important to make time for.

Think of the facts and logic of the situation, not just the emotions.

Today might be a bad day, but tomorrow is a new day.

Mistakes are lessons and not something to dwell on.

Hard times are just challenges to overcome.

You’re brave enough to try new things.

Strive for progress, not perfection.

Some of the best times of your life haven’t even happened yet, so be patient and have hope.

Don’t stress about the next day or the next thing; live in the present.

You’re more capable than you give yourself credit for.

Your circumstances are WHERE you are, not WHO you are.

Self-care is more than just physical health; it’s also mental health.

There are no limits on your dreams.

Trying and failing is better than not trying at all.

Trust yourself.

Tough times don’t last; tough people do.
