Tips for the gym

1) Drink lots of water. You don’t want to get dehydrated when starting out.

2) Get a gym buddy. It’s a lot more fun going to the gym with a friend and plus it relieves the nervous pressure you might experience.

3) Do your research. Look up YouTube videos! There are so many great youtubers that have good workouts and tips.

4) Balance your diet. Limit yourself, cut out the junk food and pop that you’re consuming.

5) Get some comfortable clothes. Something that will help you stay comfy and durable.

6) Besides clothes, invest in some good gym shoes. You don’t want shoes that will cause an injury.

7) Don’t make excuses. Some days you might have lazy days and won’t want to go to the gym but in the long run it’s better to go. 

8) Do it for yourself. Go out and have fun.
