Switch Up the Way You Sweat this Semester!

Looking for new ways to sweat this semester? The Mission Fitness Center offers GroupEx classes that are a great way to switch up your workouts. For the entire semester you get up to 18 classes a week. The classes range from Zumba to Spin and they are all a perfect way to sweat out your stress this semester in a fun and easygoing environment.

The 10:30 yoga class on Sunday mornings is the perfect way to detox before spending your day in Club Copley, and the Tuesday night Zumba class is an awesome way to dance your stress off early in the week. Also, the close location makes it so you can’t have any excuses for missing a workout that day.
