Okay, so we’ve all been there – standing on the treadmill, dreading the anticipated hour at the gym. We literally counting down the seconds until your work out is done. We all can admit that working out can be a drag. No one really wants to do it, but when we have the right songs to listen to—that long sweaty process becomes much more enjoyable when you listen to these must have songs:

1. “Sorry” – Justin Bieber

Yes, I agree with the general population this song is a tad bit overplayed (by me personally, I apologize to all my suitemates). But, daaaaaamn Justin back at it again with the upbeat dance songs. Werk.

2. “Jumpman” – Drake ft. Future

We all knew this song long before our beloved Taylor Swift made it even more popular, but word of advice – don’t get too excited you don’t want to end up with an injury from working out to hard.

3. “Work” – Rihanna ft. Drake

Well…you either love this song or you hate it. But, you still can’t help but dance to it.

4. “Work from Home” – Fifth Harmony ft. Ty Dolla $ign

Fifth Harmony has killer dance moves in this video, so you can kill two birds with one stone by listening and working out to this song.

5. “Something Big” – Shawn Mendes

Yeah that’s right, something BIG is happening. You’re working out AND listening to Shawn Mendes. It literally doesn’t get any better than this.

6. “Good for You” – Selena Gomez ft. A$AP Rocky

Okay it’s Selena Gomez, she’s perfect. Who doesn’t wanna look like her? Feel good look good am I right? So get up on that gym grind and werk it.

7. “679” – Fetty Wap ft. Remy Boyz

Whether you think he’s scary because he’s missing an eye or you don’t like rap music, you can’t help but jam out to this song.

8. “Moves Like Jagger” – Maroon 5 ft. Christina Aguilera

Real talk. I find this the most underrated Maroon 5 song. When you have the vocals of Adam Levine and Xtina with supporting vocals. HOW CAN YOU NOT LOVE THIS SONG? Pretty soon you’ll be moving like Jagger on that treadmill of yours.

9. “Beauty and a Beat” – Justin Bieber ft. Nicki Minaj

Okay, come on. This song always gets me going when I’m on working out. Who doesn’t love baby Justin?

10. “Superbass” – Nicki Minaj

You feel that burning sensation in your butt? Great! Keep working!
