With the holiday season approaching, it can be hard to enjoy all the foods that are so loved with allergies. Here are 10 options for people with allergies or health choices for this holiday!

 

1.Chocolate Chip Cookies

These amazing chocolate chip cookies are totally gluten free, and taste just like

regular cookies! They are very easy to make just slice and bake, and follow the

directions on the back of the package. Enjoy these tasty treats around the

holiday season with all your friends and family!

 

2.Lactaid Eggnog

 

Eggnog is a holiday favorite during the winter months, and now it’s easily

accessible in a dairy free option. Silk soy milk eggnog is also available, but the

lactaid eggnog is a popular and delicious brand.

 

3. Baked Stuffed Potatoes

This recipe is so easy to make allergy friendly. First bake a russet potato for

about 40 mins at 400 degrees, until soft. After they are cooled, scoop out the
