Want to save a little extra cash? In the mood to try something new?  Check out some of these simple, little life hacks!

1. Oily Skin & Blotting Papers

Did you run out of blotting paper and just haven’t made it to the store?  Well, you’re in luck.  A great product that you can use if you’re feeling a little oily in your T-Zone area is a toilet seat cover.  Trust me, if you just need to refresh and don’t have anything on you, this will do the job!

2. Double Hanger

If you’re someone like me and love to shop and buy clothes, you know the struggle it can be when you don’t have enough room in your closet. No need to worry, here’s a simple hack you can do to maximize your closet space! Slide a can tab over the hook of a hanger to double the hanging space.

3. Hair Ties

It’s so easy to lose hair ties in your room.  One thing that helps me find a hair tie in a second is to keep them on a carabiner.

4. Nail Polish

If you’re in need of a smoother application process, place your polish in the fridge for 15 minutes before you paint your nails!

5. Have a Sore Throat?

If you wake up with a mini sore throat, have a glass of water with some apple cider vinegar and it’ll work like magic.  Whenever I’m feeling under the weather and have a sore throat I turn to this remedy and feel a little better for the day! It’s great when I don’t have any cough drops.

How To: Add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice to a glass of water and drink up! I prefer to also drink it warm and add some honey!
