1. Stress Rescue Remedy

When feeling overwhelmed and stressed out, this natural remedy helps you calm down and allows you to get back to work and studying. I know I remember more and do better when I’m not stressed out of my mind.

2. Sleep Rescue

Despite how much you want to style as much as possible, sleepy studying is basically pointless. Now if you do study until you’re having to tape your eyes open, you need to make those short hours of sleep worth that unachievable recommended amount. Try a sleep spray that helps you achieve deep, restful sleep.

3. Shower Melts

The unfortunate fact of the matter is that at college we don’t have bathtubs, and that means we can’t submerge ourselves into the colorful swirls of relaxing bath bombs. However, we can enjoy relaxing fragrances such as lavender with bath melts. Put them in the shower and let the warm water run by them and as they slowly melt relaxing lavender begins to fill the air; exactly what you might need after or before a stressful midterm.

4. Face Masks

Even during the stress of midterms, it’s important to take care of yourself. And let’s be real, you deserve a little pampering. Treat yourself to a facemask after you finish studying a chapter as a little reward. It’ll give you something to look forward to, and there’s just something about a face mask that helps calm you down a little.

5. Heating Neck Pad

With the stress of studying for midterm comes the stabbing neck pain. With a heating neck pad, you can toss it in the microwave and then keep on your neck. The heat isn’t too hot that you have to wait, and the beads keep the pad warm so you can continue studying and not have to get up every minute to reheat it.

This is my senior year of college and I'm a Public Relations major with a Creative Writing outside concentration. I was born and raised in So-Cal and love it so much I couldn't go too far. As much as South California is my home, I adore traveling and learning about other cultures. A Disney fan to the core you can find me watching any of their movies, or breaking my bank account at Disneyland, and if not I'll probably be reading, writing, or enjoying the Malibu climate.
