Since I’m in Argentina right now, instead of enjoying my summer holidays, I’m freezing in the cold weather of the Buenos Aires winter. However, there is one thing I enjoy: chocolate. I feel like winter is the perfect time where you can eat all the chocolate you want and you can get away with it. That’s why I’m sharing with you my favorite chocolate cake recipe that you can easily do in your dorm where there are no ovens!

Let’s start with what you need:

  • A big spoon of all-purpose flour
  • A big spoon of chocolate powder (your favorite for chocolate milk – I use Nesquik)
  • A little spoon of baking powder
  • A tiny bit of salt
  • 2 big spoons of milk
  • A big spoon of sunflower or corn oil
  • A big spoon of Dulce de leche or Nutella
  • Sugar (if you want things to be extra sweet like I do)

How do I make this amazing mug cake?

  • In your mug mix the flour, chocolate powder, baking powder, salt and sugar
  • Add the milk and oil then mix it
  • Add the dulce de leche or Nutella right in the middle
  • Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes

Now you are ready! Go enjoy your mug cake! It’s the perfect snack for a movie night or a late night study session.
