Mom’s Weekend (April 5-6) is quickly approaching here at Ohio University. Personally, I’m always excited for my family to get here, but I’m sometimes stumped on what to actually DO with them while they’re visiting. For your convenience, I’ve compiled a unique list of Mom’s Weekend events happening not just on campus, but also throughout Athens. Whether your mom’s an art-lover, gym rat, or shopper, there’s something for everyone!

1. Mamma Mia!

  • When: Friday, April 4 at 7 pm and 8 pm and Saturday, April 5 at 11 am and 3 pm
  • Cost: $8 per ticket

2. Mom’s Move and groove and cycling

  • Where: Ping Recreation Center
  • When: Both are Saturday, April 5 with Move and Groove at 9:30 am and Cycling at 11 am
  • Cost: Free to attend!
  • *All moms will need to sign and fill out a Ping Center liability waiver beforehand and must enter with their student*

3. Clue: on Stage

  • Where: ARTS/West
  • When: Saturday, April 5 at 7 pm and Sunday, April 6 at 2 pm
