Sweet Potato Skins

We’ve all had potatoes skins before but, how about sweet potato skins? Sweet potatoes are so much healthier than ordinary potatoes. These sweet potatoes skins are filing, cheesy and great if topped off with guacamole! The total time to prepare and cook these sweet potato skins will only take 30 minutes.
