How to Destress After a Long Day

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at MNSU chapter.

Do you ever have one of those bad days where you just want to go home and crawl into bed? I think everyone has those days and that is okay, we are all human and life happens. I am here to help with easy steps on how to make a bad day into a good one. Even small things can make your day take a 180 turn for the better. Follow these steps for a nice and calm ending of your day.

Start filling your bathtub up with your favorite bubble bath and a stress relief bath bomb. Find music that will make you happy and want to just relax and think of nothing else. Stay in the bath for as long as you need. Then get into some comfy clothes, something that makes you want to snuggle up in and makes you feel all warm inside. Finally you hop into bed and turn on your favorite movie or tv show.

Life gets hard and we have all been there. You need to take some time for yourself and focus on your health.

I am senior at MNSU and am studying to get a degree in Marketing with a minor in Mass Media. I love cooking, being around friends and family, going on little adventures, and just having fun.
