We all dread those gloomy winter days when we can’t seem to find that spark. From exams to those never-ending 8:30 a.m. classes, getting up in the morning and feeling beautiful can be tough. Here are a few ways you can truly keep your glow at its all-time high to endure the bipolar weather.

1. BE CONFIDENT. Radiating confidence in both your walk and your approach to daily tasks will not only make you feel more empowered, but it will also encourage those around you to do the same.

2. Take the time to look presentable. Look good, feel good.

3. SMILE. We all know that it takes more muscles to frown than to smile, so why not take advantage of that. It makes you more approachable and who knows, maybe it’ll even get your crush to come talk to you!

4. Stay active! Exercising releases endorphins that make you feel more relaxed and positive, helping you stay away from winter blues. Try yoga!

5. SLEEP! We have all had those days where we walk around like zombies, stressing beyond belief. Getting a good night’s rest will help you start your day off right and stay productive.

6. Find time to be with your friends. Surrounding yourself with some of your best girlfriends can improve your attitude, and make your stomach muscles hurt – laughter is the best medicine!
