5 Ways To Exercise Outside of The Gym

1. Go on a run

As the weather gets nicer, running is the easiest option to get in a quick workout. A highly recommended area for a run is western campus at sunset.

2. Workout video

There are tons of exercise videos on YouTube, and most of them can be done in your room with a friend.

3. Go for a walk.

There are a few paths to go on a walk around campus, like the one by the horse stables, which gives you an excuse to look at the horses.

4. Run up and down steps.

There are a set of steps deep into western campus that are perfect, and if you don’t want to actually go inside the gym, the stairs that lead up to it are a workout in itself.5. Yoga.

You can do yoga pretty much anywhere, as long as you have a mat and a peaceful space.
