  1. Start fresh every single day. Don’t bring yesterday’s problems into a new day.
  2. Check your credit card statements, bank account, and pay stubs regularly.
  3. Consolidate and pay off debt ASAP.
  4. Adopt a ‘meatless Monday’ mentality. (Meatless Monday is eating environmentally friendly meat-free alternatives; start each week healthy with meatless Monday’s)
  5. Put down your phone when you’re out with other people.
  6. Try the 2/30 rule: 2 hours of tv, 30 minutes of exercise.
  7. Understand that exercise doesn’t have to be a big time commitment. A little exercise is better than no exercise!
  8. Start biking (even if it’s only a little). Biking is a fun, healthy way to exercise. It also works those core and legs muscles.
  9. Use youtube for free exercise videos. Even on Instagram there are fitness accounts that have plenty of exercise videos.
  10. Cut back on (evil) sugar. This would be foods high in high fructose corn syrup and glucose.
  11. Drink warm water with lemon and cayenne pepper daily. This stimulates the liver. Keeping the liver and digestive system clean helps prevent chronic disease.
  12. Don’t try to keep up with the Jones’, you’ll lose.
  13. Use a retinol if you’re starting to get wrinkles.
  14. Ask HR about benefits you’re probably not using.
  15. Practice safe sex, always.
  16. NEVER grocery shop on an empty stomach.
  17. Keep healthy snacks at home and at work
