3 Easy Foods That Will DEFINITELY Not Make You Gain Weight

If you need something easy to make and delicious to eat, you can make these foods that will most definitely not make you feel like you need to hit the gym right afterwards *post-food coma cries forever*

1. Cheesy Potato Slices with Bacon

-Preheat oven to 400 degrees

-Wash and cut a potato into thin slices

-Dry the slices with paper towels (the more dry it is, the crispier it is!)

-Spray a baking tray with nonstick spray

-Lay down the potato slices and bake for 10 minutes

-Take out potato slices and layer them up with cheddar cheese and cooked bacon bits

-Put them back into the oven for another four to five minutes 

-Lightly salt with salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder, and dried parsley

2. Coffee Ice Cream Milkshake

-Mix two ice cream sandwiches with a cup of chilled coffee. Add more ice cream or coffee to get different consistency.

3. Delicious Egg Drop Tomato Ramen Bowl 

-Get one to two Roma tomatoes and cut it into small pieces

-Optional: cut up two stalks of green onion

-Boil two to three cups of water and put one to two eggs in it

-Immediately mix your egg up in the water

-Drop the tomatoes and onions in the boiling water along with the ramen noodles and spice packet

-Cooked until noodles are soft

-Optional: Season with salt/pepper to taste along with garlic/onion powder and top off with sesame oil
