How to Get the Perfect Spring Break Body

With just over a month until Spring Break, everyone is stressing to get that perfect bikini body. If you’re looking for a way to get toned quick, you should look into the Group X pass available at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center. For Kent students, the unlimited pass is $40 for the entire semester, or only $5 for every individual class.

The classes include a wide range of exercises such as: spinning, yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and many more. There is a different schedule each day for all the classes and most are about an hour long, making it easy to find one you can attend.

Spinning is one of the exercises offered with the Group X pass. This is a challenging and fun indoor cycling workout.  While on the bikes, riders experience fast paced classes that incorporate intense leg exercises . Spinning is a great way to tone those legs just in time for the beach!

Zumba is another great way to exercise and have fun at the same time! Zumba mixes different dance moves to create a calorie-burning fitness party. It is so fun; you’ll forget you are working out! Not to mention it is super effective!

So if you are still working on your bikini body, go buy a pass and let the fun begin. Passes are available at the Student Recreation and Wellness Center.
