- Buy yourself a gift (this could as small as a cup of coffee, some flowers or something you’ve had your eye on for a while)
- Take a whole day to do just what you love (ie. sleep in, read in bed, go for a lovely walk and don’t think about Uni work)

- Meditate
- Write down what you’re grateful for
- Make yourself a hot bath (you could even add some bathbombs or something that feels pampering)
- Reorganize and declutter your room
- Bake something delicious
- Do some sort of crafts (this could be anything, think: painting, making a vision board, pottery etc…)
- Have a cozy movie night and watch a movie/TV series (make sure you have your favourite snack and a hot beverage at hand!)
- Play a board game with your friends or family
- Go for a drive
- Think of a place near you you’d love to see and visit it
