If you went to Einstein’s last week for your usual coffee or bagel treat then you may have noticed a change to one of JCU’s greatest features: the menu has been altered to include Caribou Coffee in addition to Einstein’s delectable food. Most students and faculty are pleased with the change, arguing the quality of Caribou to be higher. In the last couple years on campus the school has made changes to its coffee options. In addition to the Starbucks located on the bottom floor of Grasselli Library, the student-run coffee area recently called “The Cubby” was changed last year to become an alternate Starbucks location. When considering what other options could be put into effect in the future, most students would most likely advocate for an expansion on hours of operation to open options on campus during the weekends. With this latest installment being so positive, who knows what will be brought to us next.
