This summer, the air fryer has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen appliances. It makes it so much easier to make delicious snacks and sides with minimal effort. Whether you’re new to using one or looking for fresh ideas, here are 4 of my favorite easy air fryer recipes that you can make in minutes.

1. Green Beans

Crispy air fryer green beans are a quick and flavorful side dish that is so easy to make. Start by tossing fresh green beans in your choice of oil (avocado, olive, vegetable, or canola) along with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Put them in the air fryer at 400°F for 6 minutes. Once they are done, give them a good shake, then sprinkle on a little more oil and a layer of Parmesan cheese. Cook for another 5 minutes, and you’ll have perfectly roasted green beans.

2. Pigs in a Blanket

Air fryer pigs in a blanket are a quick and easy snack. Start by cutting the crescent dough into three pieces and wrapping each little smokie with a piece of dough. Continue until you’ve used up the entire package, then preheat your air fryer to 350°F. Place the wrapped smokies into the basket and cook for 5-8 minutes, or until the dough is golden.

3. French Fries

Air fryer french fries are a fast and tasty snack that come out golden and crispy every time. Toss frozen french fries with a little oil of your choice and season with garlic salt (or powder), paprika, and pepper. Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. I like to serve them straight out of the air fryer with a warm side of melted cheese for dipping.

4. S’mores

Making s’mores in the air fryer is an easy way to enjoy this classic treat without a campfire. Just layer a graham cracker with chocolate and a marshmallow, then put it in the air fryer at 350°F for about 2½ minutes.
