Self Care Sundays: Dream a Little Dream With Me

Do you hear that? That’s your alarm going off, over and over again. Only to be cut off by you furiously pressing the snooze button, for it to be then set off again a few minutes later. The most vicious of vicious cycles. Do you know who you have to blame? We have the culprit right here and they are ready for questioning. Daylight Savings. (Cue audible gasp in the room.)

In the grand scheme of things, it’s not that hard to see how they could have committed this crime. They were ruthless from the start, pretending to be nice giving us an extra hour of sleep, only to take it away.

If you or any of your loved ones are a victim of daylight savings, we have the perfect thing for you. *displays as seen on tv sign*

Pacifica’s Body & Pillow Mist 

First a little bit about the brand, this beauty brand states on every product that it is 100% Vegan and Cruelty-Free and on the bottles, it even says it is 100% recycled plastic. We’re already off to a great start! 

In this article, we’re focusing on two fragrances in particular to help those sleep habits along.

First, Coconut Cream 

With notes of coconut and vanilla, it is the perfect combination to make you feel warm and comfortable as you slip off into your dream state. Pacifica’s Coconut Cream Body & Pillow Mist is plant-powered aromatherapy, designed specifically for you to destress before bed. To use it, spray it on your pillow, your body, your sheets, or anything really you know you’ll be around before bed and while resting.

Second, Lavender Moon 

Lavender is pretty much the universal calming scent, so of course we had to take advantage of having it in a bottle to spray everywhere before bed. Lavender is paired with rose and soon enough you’ll be drifting off and running barefoot in your own beautiful garden of dreamland. To use this one is the same with just a few light spritzes to your pillow or your sheets.

Girlbosses, de-stress, relax, and reset (and that’s an order!)
